Our graduate programme has been developed to give a structured, supported and broad foundation as a residential general practice surveyor.

You’ll work alongside qualified professionals to learn and cultivate the essential skills and competencies required

We’ll align your objectives with our organisational needs to your competencies to ensure you’ll have responsibilities and opportunities to get hands-on with relevant experience. You’ll engage in regular interactions with colleagues and residents, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the residential market.

Portfolio Strategy

  • Providing strategic property advice
  • Deciding whether each asset is a long-term investment
  • Finding opportunities for us to expand our offering and sell more homes

Planning

  • Reviewing legislation to establish whether something needs permission
  • Preparing planning appraisals for opportunities

Asset Evaluation

  • You will be responsible for collecting the property condition data
  • Using this to formulate the plans

Estate Management

  • You will be assisting with disposals, acquisition, rates management, external rents payable and mortgages
  • Managing the valuation process

Property Delivery

  • You will be responsible for helping to deliver repair projects, investments and sustainability projects
  • Ensuring our properties are safe and well-maintained
