UK Staffing Group are currently looking for a talented Lettings Property Manager for a growing business based in Deansgate, Manchester. The successful Property Manager will join a flourishing company in the Manchester investment property sector. If you are looking for a step up and head up your own department then look no further!
Job Role:
- Manage 150+ properties, these properties are not block residential, they are made up of fragmented flats, houses and student housing across Manchester.
- Time management and organisational skills.
- Collaborate with senior leadership in creating a property management process.
- Maintain and build relationships with external stakeholders such as tenants, landlords, investors and sub-contractors.
Essential skills/experience required:
- Highly organised.
- Experience managing 100+ properties.
- 1-5 years in property management.
Desirable skills/experience:
- Estate agency background.
- Residential background.
