UK Staffing Group are currently looking for a talented Lettings Property Manager for a growing business based in Deansgate, Manchester. The successful Property Manager will join a flourishing company in the Manchester investment property sector. Our client prides themselves on their professionalism and their extensive portfolio of properties across major cities in the UK. Job Role:The successful candidate needs to have experience managing 100+ properties, these properties are not block residential, they are made up of fragmented flats, houses and student housing across Manchester. Using your organisational and time management skills, you will strive to create a property management and lettings process that ensures that properties are up to standard with the most recent property standards and have tenants in. Using your networking and communication skills you will strive to ensure that all the tenants investing and using our client’s property have the best possible customer service experience.

Essential skills/experience required:
