Key Responsibilities:
- Building Management: Oversee inspections, contractor coordination, and ensure compliance across two residential blocks and 24 townhouses.
- Resident & Client Relations: Maintain excellent service standards, addressing resident needs and expectations.
- Legal & Compliance: Ensure lease terms are upheld, handle insurance matters, and manage regular risk assessments.
- Out-of-Hours Point of Contact: Provide support when required, ensuring consistent communication and problem resolution.
What You Need:
- Previous property management experience, particularly in residential block management.
- Strong organisational abilities to handle multiple priorities.
- A valid driving licence.
