With a salary range of up to £45,000, depending on experience, this permanent role offers a Monday to Friday schedule As a Property Manager , you will play a crucial role in maintaining service levels, handling Leaseholder enquiries, overseeing AGM's, and managing a reactive maintenance team for Section 20 major works. Your responsibilities will also include procurement of external contractors, ensuring compliance, and preparing specifications, all while contributing to the continuous growth of our business.If you are ready to take the next step in your career and flourish alongside our success, we want to hear from you.

Organised approach to maintain service levels
Handling enquiries from Leaseholders and overseeing AGM's
Managing reactive maintenance team and Section 20 major works

Preferred Requirements:

Proven experience in property/block management
Strong understanding of procurement processes and compliance monitoring
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Relevant qualifications in property management or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional certifications in property management
Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field
Any additional relevant qualifications
