Property Manager Manchester Up to £35K DOE
Due to recent expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join one of South Manchesters largest independent estate agents.

Whats in it for you
- £27,000 to £35,000 basic annual salary DOE
- 22 days annual leave, excluding all public holidays
- Company pension
- Monday to Friday, 9am 6pm
- Working 1 in 4 Saturdays, 10am 4pm, with a lieu day given

What you will be doing
- As a property manager, you will need to have a positive approach to handling a wide variety of enquiries, which makes this a very interesting and rewarding working environment
- You'll play a crucial role in the management of growing the residential portfolio
- Overseeing incoming property maintenance
- Arranging and conducting property inspections
- Coordinating with contractors
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Overseeing all compliance and legal regulatory requirements
What you will have
- Experience in property lettings is essential in this role
- 2 years experience within a similar role
- Previous property management experience
- Knowledge of rental and tenancy laws and regulations
- Full UK Driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Currently studying ARLA qualification preferred but not essential
