Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of leasehold properties, ensuring compliance with lease agreements and statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair works, liaising with contractors and service providers.
  • Manage service charge budgets and accounts, ensuring accurate billing and collection.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with leaseholders, tenants, and other stakeholders.
  • Handle leaseholder enquiries and disputes professionally and efficiently.
  • Prepare and present reports for client meetings.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience in leasehold block management.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in property management software.
  • TPI/IRPM qualification.
