- Tenant Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction.
- Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of properties, identifying maintenance needs and coordinating repairs promptly.
- Lease Administration: Manage lease agreements, renewals, rent reviews, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Financial Management: Monitor property budgets, collect rent payments, and manage expenditure to optimise property performance.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on property status, financial performance, and tenant relations.
- Experience: Proven experience in property management, ideally with exposure to both residential and commercial properties.
- License and Car: Must possess a valid driving license and have access to a car for property inspections and client meetings.
- Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues promptly.
- Knowledge: Understanding of property management regulations and best practices.
