  • Facilitate seamless moving-in and moving-out procedures for tenants, ensuring a positive experience
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants, addressing their needs promptly and in accordance with company standards
  • Coordinate with contractors and developer aftercare teams to maintain properties and foster strong relationships
  • Work closely with the Renewals Consultant to manage the portfolio's tenancy renewals
  • Ensure all properties meet current regulatory health and safety standards, upholding the highest compliance standards
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous residential property management experience is essential
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Possess exceptional service standards, communication skills, and organizational abilities
