Facilitate seamless moving-in and moving-out procedures for tenants, ensuring a positive experience
Liaise with landlords and tenants, addressing their needs promptly and in accordance with company standards
Coordinate with contractors and developer aftercare teams to maintain properties and foster strong relationships
Work closely with the Renewals Consultant to manage the portfolio's tenancy renewals
Ensure all properties meet current regulatory health and safety standards, upholding the highest compliance standards

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous residential property management experience is essential
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Possess exceptional service standards, communication skills, and organizational abilities
