Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as strong administrative abilities. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of properties, maintaining tenant satisfaction, and maximising rental income.

Duties:

- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, HMO properties and tenant relations

- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards

- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with vendors and contractors

- Advertise and show available units to prospective tenants

- Screen and process rental applications

- Prepare lease agreements and enforce lease terms

- Address tenant concerns and resolve any issues that may arise

- Maintain accurate records of all property-related transactions

- Perform regular financial analysis to maximise rental income and minimize expenses

- Stay up-to-date with local housing laws and regulations

Requirements:

- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred

- Strong organisational and multitasking skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and diplomacy

- Familiarity with fair housing laws and regulations

- Full UK Driving Licence is a must.
