We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team in Openshaw, Manchester. This role requires someone with strong property management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle a busy portfolio efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties.
- Conduct property inspections, ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations.
- Manage tenancy agreements, renewals, and end-of-tenancy procedures.
- Handle tenant queries and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
- Liaise with landlords, contractors, and tenants to maintain high service standards.
- Oversee rent collection, arrears management, and tenancy deposits.
- Ensure compliance with property laws and regulations.
Proven experience in property management.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Knowledge of property legislation and compliance requirements.
Full UK driving license and own vehicle (essential).
