Job Description for a Property Manager
- Maintaining and developing tenant relationships
- Addressing tenant complaints, conducting inspections, contracting repairs, and enforcing rules of occupancy
- Overseeing tenant moves alongside coordination of leases and agreements
- Reviewing rents and negotiating increases/reductions in line with market values
- Completing ongoing property maintenance.
- Chasing arrears.
- Managing a multi-property portfolio (170+ properties) as part of a team.
- Updating listings and conducting lettings negotiations.
Job skills required for a Property Manager
- Effective communicator
- Proven experience in the property sector.
- Highly organised with good time management
- Ability to work under pressure
- Computer literate including Microsoft Office and in particular Excel
- Proactive with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Must be a driver and have own car
