Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of leasehold properties, ensuring compliance with lease agreements and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair works, liaising with contractors and service providers.
- Manage service charge budgets and accounts, ensuring accurate billing and collection.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with leaseholders, tenants, and other stakeholders.
- Handle leaseholder enquiries and disputes professionally and efficiently.
- Prepare and present reports for client meetings.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in leasehold block management.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficient in property management software.
- TPI/IRPM qualification.
