They are a market leader in the property industry and due to their properties being in constant high demand, they are expanding their team. Based in their City Centre sales and marketing office, you will deal with prospective clients face to face and over the phone to showcase their luxury properties. Duties & Responsibilities will include:* Dealing with prospective buyers face to face, on the phone and over email* Achieving sales targets to ensure that team and company objectives are met, this will consist of both direct sales and sales via partners* Following up on leads and building relationships with interested parties, agents and potential investors* Maintaining high standards at all times when dealing with buyers, partners and co-workers* Ensuring that sales progress towards exchange of contracts and legal completion in a timely manner* Updating the in-house system with sales progress, enquiries and leadsWe are looking for Candidates with:* Excellent customer service and communication skills* Previous experience within property would be highly advantageous but not essential. * A keen interest in property would also be appropriate as would face to face customer service experience within a high end environment* First class communication skills both oral and written are essential as you will be liaising with buyers and prospective buyers face to face, over the phone and in writing* Attention to detail and good organisational skills are also a must* You will be well presented and professional at all times as you will have face to face meetings and drop in enquiries daily* A can do attitude and desire to succeed will be necessary for this roleThis is an excellent opportunity for a real go-getter who wants to establish themselves and grow within a successful and forward thinking organisation. Full training will be provided and once training has been completed you will be eligible to start earning commission and can work towards promotion within the first 12-18 months with the business.
