The Company:Our client is a rapidly growing and highly regarded firm of Insolvency Practitioners based in Manchester. Due to continued expansion, they are looking for a motivated Graduate Trainee to join their specialist Property Receivership & Insolvency Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate looking to begin their career in insolvency, with full training provided and excellent long-term career prospects.

The Role:As a Graduate Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in the management and administration of property receivership. You will work closely with experienced professionals, developing a strong understanding of insolvency processes and property asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the management of property receivership and distressed asset cases.

  • Supporting the team with financial analysis, case administration, and compliance.

  • Liaising with stakeholders including lenders, agents, solicitors, and tenants.

  • Conducting research and preparing reports on insolvency and property matters.

  • Handling documentation, correspondence, and data entry to ensure case progression.

  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with insolvency regulations and best practices.

  • Attending training sessions to develop technical knowledge and industry expertise.

Requirements:

  • A recent graduate with a degree in a relevant subject (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Business, Law, Real Estate, or Economics).

  • A keen interest in insolvency, property, and financial restructuring.

  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
