Your Role: As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll be the face of our business, working with landlords and tenants to facilitate smooth lettings. Your responsibilities will include:* Conducting property viewings and providing excellent customer service.* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.* Managing listings and updating property databases.* Negotiating offers and handling tenancy agreements.
What We're Looking For:* A proactive and enthusiastic individual with a passion for property.* Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.* A valid driving license.* Previous experience in lettings
