Your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Applying for HMO licenses
  • Implementing processes and procedures for approved contractors
  • Internal liaison and support with multiple functions within the business
  • Obtaining insurance for properties
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Instructing contractors to carry out work
  • Issuing section orders
  • Property Inspections
  • Inspection reports and inventories

We are looking for…

  • Previous experience: Grads, retail, hospitality property customer service or admin
  • Presentable and great communicator
  • Industry specific qualifications desirable but not essential ARLA
  • Self starter, quick learner and highly organised
  • Genuine Interest in Property
