- Manage maintenance requests and ensure accurate recording of data on Yardi
- Strong administrative skills and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to handle resident inductions and move-in/move-out inspections
- Experience in organising and delivering events and community initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
