* Applying for HMO licenses * Implementing processes and procedures for approved contractors* Internal liaison and support with multiple functions within the business* Obtaining insurance for properties* Providing excellent customer service at all times * Instructing contractors to carry out work* Issuing section orders* Property Inspections* Inspection reports and inventories
