Job Title: Property Administrator

Location: Manchester, Trafford City/Trafford ParkCobalt is partnering with a leading infrastructure, transport and real estate investor in the UK. The company is a family-owned investment enterprise, supporting the creation of long term sustainable growth and boasting a fantastic reputation within the property industry The ideal candidate will have experience within the property industry with an attitude which showcases a willingness to learn. Key responsibilities;

  • Working extensively on the property database including inputting and maintaining information and raising Purchase orders for works
  • Dealing with customer enquiries/queries and telephone calls
  • completing gas safety and electrical tests
  • Dealing with licence agreements
  • Leasing with the other office for plan production
  • Service charges- Checking payments, correct coding and setting budgets aswell as credit control

Your experience;

  • Strong administrative experience within a Property or Real Estate environment
  • Must have Service charge experience including payment checking, coding and budgets
  • Can do and team player attitude
  • IT Skills - Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook 360
