Role Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced LPA Property Receivership Administrator to join our expert team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of property receivership cases, ensuring efficient and compliant administration, and maximizing recoveries for stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a varied caseload of LPA (Law of Property Act) receivership appointments across residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
  • Reviewing loan agreements, security documents, and assessing the enforceability of lender rights.
  • Liaising with lenders, borrowers, agents, and legal advisors to coordinate the receivership process.
  • Overseeing property agents to ensure the effective marketing, management, and sale of assets.
  • Preparing financial reports, statements, and updates for stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and procedural requirements throughout the receivership process.
  • Conducting property inspections and managing day-to-day asset-related issues, where necessary.
  • Contributing to the development and improvement of internal processes and practices.
Skills and Attributes
  • Previous experience in LPA receivership administration or a similar property-focused insolvency role.
  • Strong understanding of property receivership processes, legal frameworks, and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in case management systems and MS Office applications.
