You will be buying properties throughout the UK all from warm leads and joining one of the hottest property teams in Manchester big on results, big on bonus and big on celebrating success!

So what do you need to join this team?

A real love of sales good at understanding and communicating with people.

Good at getting the deal over the line

Really good experience of a consultative sale no quick calls here

Used to hitting and exceeding targets

Wanting to earn big bonuses and be at the top of the Leader Board

So if you are good at sales and want to get into property sales this is the role for you.

What is the job?

Reviewing leads from CRM system and then conducting primary research around leads before progressing

Respond to leads within 24 hours, managing and progressing multiple clients concurrently

Conduct in-depth consultations over the phone with clients, probing to gather as much information regarding the property as possible. Whilst acting with sensitivity, and the upmost respect for their situations

Conduct research and market analysis in order to produce the most profitable offer for the property to the client

Conducting second calls with the client to produce and negotiate the offer, selling the benefits of selling their property through the company and influencing the decision Diary management for viewing and offer processing appointments

Completing relevant administration tasks in line with the process requirements

Transfer property to Sales department in order to sell the property across various house sales platforms

What do you get in return?

Monday to Friday working with 1 Saturday in 4

OTE £60-80K you should achieve £60K at least!
