Property Support AdvisorManchester City Centre£24-25KWorking for this exciting property compnay based in a fantastic central location, you will be responsible for the below.The Property Support Advisor is a key member of the Central Support Management Team and is responsible for coordinating the administration of building repair and maintenance work and assisting with the development of a comprehensive record and systems database within the Property Management Department.What you will be doing;Receive telephone calls from residents/lessees reporting maintenance issues and providing them with answers to enquiries about the estateDeal with correspondence letters, e-mails and voicemailsMeet residents and client’s expectations through exceptional customer serviceLiaise with the internal maintenance division and co-ordinate and make maintenance appointmentsArrange and monitor service contracts and assist the Finance team with service charge collectionEnsure that the customer database remains up to date and with changesEnsure that the Property Management team are prepared for resident meetings, including attending and taking minutes when requiredWhat skills you should have;Great communication skills, both verbal and writtenA passion for customer service excellenceFinancial acumenProblem solving and decision-making skillsIT Literate (experience of using In-house systems)Experience in residential property management (preferable not essential)This role may be subject to a satisfactory disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS check).Please get in contact with to learn more.
