This position offers the opportunity to manage a portfolio with small number of large and complex sites amongst other smaller sites, making a significant impact on their clients and their communities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of large and complex leasehold properties.
  • Develop and implement property management strategies to enhance property values and residents' satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and supervise property maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, residents, and stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets, financial reports, and service charge collection.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in property management.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in leasehold and block management.
  • Proficiency in property management software and tools.
