Senior Estates Officer

We are actively seeking an experienced Senior Estates Officer to work for an organisation based in Manchester.

The contract will be a permanent contract with a rate of 46,735 to 57,422 but also has the option to be temp to perm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic guidance to the organisation and the Estates and Facilities Leadership team
• Operational support ensures that the departments aims and objectives in occupying the organisations buildings is aligned with the organisations Strategic Plan
• Compile proposals for projects for incorporation within annual long-term maintenance, redecoration and small works initiatives, including scope of work, preparation in conjunction with consultation with organisations representative
• Provide support to Faculty stakeholders during large capital new build/refurbishment projects whilst ensuring essential liaison between stakeholders and Design Teams
• Liaise with E&F and other organisations colleagues, suppliers and professional associates as appropriate, establishing positive & proactive relationships to enable sharing initiatives and solutions in the continuous development/improvement of FE operations and services, contributing to the attainment of its KPIS
