We are actively seeking an experienced Estates Officer to work for an organisation based in Manchester. The role is a Temporary contract with an option to go permanent.
Position:Senior Estates Officer
Location: Manchester
Salary: Between 25 and 30 per Hour (Umbrella or CIS)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a suite of contracts, overseeing the contractors work on site
- To project manage complex repair and installation works from inception to completion
- Assist the in-house maintenance team with any more complex maintenance issues
- Oversee and be responsible for the operational delivery of a high quality repairs and maintenance service across mixed building portfolio
- Contributed to setting the strategic direction and budgets of managed service
- Established effective reporting mechanisms for repairs data to ensure services are be monitored effectively and future demands and impacts can be identified to drive service delivery plans and budget setting
- Work with Stakeholders to model and establish strong positive engagement with customers in line with best practice
