We are looking for a new senior property sales consultant to join us in our Manchester office (with free barista style coffee and Gym!), we are looking for an individual who will hit the ground running and grow with the company to eventually manage their own sales team and be part of a worldwide business.

Initially as a Senior Property Investment Consultant you will qualifying new clients, managing existing clients, understanding their criteria, and matching their criteria with one of our listed properties with the hope of generating sales. The candidate will also be working with property investors, understanding their investment trends and finding the best high yielding properties within our portfolio to offer them.

Here is a breakdown of what we can offer you:

• Uncapped commission - 10% - 15% on all company commissions

• Competitive starting salary of £27,000 per annum

• Full management of property at just 5%+VAT

We are looking for someone who:

• Ideally has 3 years property consultancy experience

• Has a desire to build a team

• Wants to be a part of a rapidly growing company with huge potential
