Our client, a national public organisation are seeking a Senior Property Manager to drive operational and financial excellence across a regional portfolio in the North West. This role supports healthcare properties, strengthens tenant relationships, and ensures optimal portfolio performance through effective leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Regional Property Managers to ensure efficient property operations and tenant support.
  • Manage the financial performance, budgeting, and reporting of the regional property portfolio.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for stakeholders, resolving operational and property issues.
  • Champion initiatives for data accuracy, contract compliance, and strategic property improvements.
  • Negotiate lease agreements, contracts and oversee service and budget compliance.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Degree-level education with a background in property management and landlord-tenant relations
  • Strong financial and budget management skills
  • RICS or IWFM qualification preferred
  • Previous experience within Healthcare industry preferred
  • Professional, organised, and skilled at building relationships across all levels
  • Available immediately would be beneficial
