Senior Sales Negotiator - £25,000+OTE £35,000-£40,000 & company car - Hale, Greater Manchester Are you ready to elevate your career in the property sector? Our esteemed client is in search of a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their dedicated team. This role offers the chance to work closely with the manager as the sole negotiator, providing a unique platform to showcase and hone your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Negotiation and Sales: Manage applicants, conduct viewings, and close sales. Handle all associated paperwork, including offer letters, memorandum of sale, and exchange letters.- Marketing and Administration: Create and manage spreadsheets for email marketing, construct and send property emails, and liaise with editors for property advertisements.- Property Management: Oversee property take-ons, write property texts, and verify IDs. Order and amend floorplans, photos, and EPCs, and coordinate brochure design and orders.- Database Management: Input and launch properties on Reapit, update window cards, and manage board movements.- Financial Administration: Record incoming invoices, collate and send to accounts, and handle office stationery orders.

Skills and Experience Required:

- Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience in a similar role within the property sector.- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Excel and familiarity with property management software such as Reapit.- Attention to Detail: Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail, particularly in handling paperwork and marketing materials.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.

- Initiative and Drive: A proactive approach to tasks, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
