Key Responsibilities
- First point of contact - Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Telephone and email management - Handle incoming calls efficiently with an excellent telephone manner.
- Meeting room coordination - Schedule and prepare meeting rooms, including catering arrangements.
- Event planning support - Assist with organising corporate events, ensuring seamless execution.
- Health & safety compliance - Support the team in maintaining health and safety procedures for the office and building.
Key Requirements
- Prior experience in a reception or front-of-house role beneficial, not essential.
