My client, a leading law firm based in Manchester, are seeking a Receptionist to join their team. The Role As a Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for all clients and visitors.

• Deliver a professional reception service to clients, partners, and employees.

• Keep the reception area tidy and professional at all times.

• Meet and greet clients and visitors with a warm welcome.

• Manage incoming calls, redirecting or taking messages as needed.

• Set up telephone, conference calls, and AV facilities.

• Organise catering and presentation needs for meetings and events.

• Ensure meeting rooms and client kitchen are clean and ready.

• Assist in preparing and running marketing events, occasionally outside regular hours.

• Make travel arrangements and bookings.

• Support the Office Manager with administrative tasks.
