We are seeking a professional individual to join a reputable company based in the heart of Manchester city centre. This is a temporary role to cover the period from 20th January. The role involves front-of-house reception and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be expected to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism, as well as proficiency in administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities of the Reception/Admin Role:
- Front-of-house reception duties, including greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and handling general enquiries.
- Provide administrative support to the office, including scheduling appointments and maintaining the office calendar.
- Assist in managing communications, ensuring smooth operation of the office and timely follow-ups.
- Maintain filing systems and assist with document preparation when needed.
- Work closely with the team to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Key Requirements of the Reception/Admin Role:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing duties.
- Experience in reception or administrative support roles is highly desirable.
- Must be able to pass DBS and credit check.
