Alexander Lloyd has an exciting new role for an Associate Employee Benefits Consultant to join a Manchester based firm working with a portfolio of clients and supporting a number of Senior Consultants providing a range of EB products and services.

The main tasks involved in the role will include:

  • Work with consultants & senior consultants in the preparation of client deliverables and materials across the range of expatriate benefit propositions and services.
  • Monitor the tracking of renewals, production of renewal reports, maintaining client files, populating, and maintaining activity/issues trackers.
  • Own and coordinate membership changes, queries, and the tracking of invoices for clients.
  • Produce drafts of meeting agendas and meeting minutes/actions.
  • Responsible for a small portfolio of SME clients, acting as the lead consultant managing all client activity.

Relevant Experience needed:

  • Previous experience in the insurance/employee benefits sector.
  • Experienced with basic computer skills & packages including Microsoft applications - Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong client focus with the ability to develop positive relationships with team members and external contacts
