Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission + Benefits (£35K OTE Year 1) (£45K Year 2) (£60K Year 3)

• Being the middle person between clients and candidates, managing the introduction, interview, closing, offering and onboarding processes

• Approach and source potential candidates to qualify them

• Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients & candidates

• Business Development: seek new businesses and generate leads

• Minimum 2:1 degree from University or 18months sales experience

• Confident and outgoing

• Ambitious individuals looking to progress quickly

• Commercially savvy
