The Role:

As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing exceptional school support staff in educational institutions across London. Your role will involve developing new business opportunities while strengthening existing relationships. Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and candidates.
  • Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates to match them with suitable roles.
  • Deliver exceptional client service, tailoring recruitment solutions to schools’ needs.
  • Work to KPIs and targets, focusing on placing high-quality candidates and building a strong talent pipeline.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Attend networking events, career fairs, and school functions to promote brand awareness.
  • Provide expert advice on salary expectations, career opportunities, and industry standards.
  • Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical recruitment standards.
  • Manage candidate and client data using our CRM system.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in an Education Recruitment Agency (essential—applications without this will be rejected).
  • Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or a target-driven role.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with the UK education system and qualifications is an advantage.
