They operate in over 70 countries, producing a wide range of well-known products. Currently seeking temporary support within their Employee Relations teams In Central Manchester. The role offers a hybrid working environment.Your new roleAs a Temporary Employee Relations Case Consultant, you will be responsible for providing proactive and on-demand advice and support to People Managers on a variety of ER issues. This includes managing sickness absence, disciplinary matters, grievances, whistleblowing, harassment, bullying, Equal Opportunities, flexible working, and performance management. You will coach Managers on employment policies, processes, and best practices, ensuring timely closure of all ER cases within your remit.
