- Identify, approach and engage with the very best talent around. Constantly regenerating our network of active and passive candidates via soft referrals, head hunting and networking
- Meet candidates; judging their suitability for roles, preparing them for interview, offering career advice and guidance
- Attend client meetings and presentations
- Build and develop strong working relationships with candidates and clients both proactively and throughout assignment processes
- Create assignment documents to support at all stages of the recruitment process
- Identify and market map potentially suitable candidates to meet the requirements of our clients
- Work closely with our consultants to build long and short lists for roles and attend subsequent interviews
- Research and provide market intel and talent mapping on an ongoing basis
- Track market activity, identifying potential clients, high growth businesses and organisations undergoing change, finding links and mutual contacts to enable effective introductions
- Work with the team to develop networks amongst specific talent pools
- Work with the executive search team to plan, co-ordinate, deliver and attend social and added value client and candidate events
