You will be a key part of a team that identifies and engages exceptional talent for our outstanding client base. Previous industry experience, whilst desirable, is not essential. We are keen to hear from experienced recruitment and talent acquisition professionals as well as ambitious graduates. Our company culture is friendly, dynamic and supportive. We encourage career development, progression and continuous training. Responsibilities will include:
  • Identify, approach and engage with the very best talent around. Constantly regenerating our network of active and passive candidates via soft referrals, head hunting and networking
  • Meet candidates; judging their suitability for roles, preparing them for interview, offering career advice and guidance
  • Attend client meetings and presentations
  • Build and develop strong working relationships with candidates and clients both proactively and throughout assignment processes
  • Create assignment documents to support at all stages of the recruitment process
  • Identify and market map potentially suitable candidates to meet the requirements of our clients
  • Work closely with our consultants to build long and short lists for roles and attend subsequent interviews
  • Research and provide market intel and talent mapping on an ongoing basis
  • Track market activity, identifying potential clients, high growth businesses and organisations undergoing change, finding links and mutual contacts to enable effective introductions
  • Work with the team to develop networks amongst specific talent pools
  • Work with the executive search team to plan, co-ordinate, deliver and attend social and added value client and candidate events

This role will be suited to someone who is both detail-oriented and people-focussed. You will frequently speak to and meet with candidates and clients, attend networking events and be part of our many company social activities including team nights out, lunch clubs, quarterly business conferences and company trips.
