Experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant being sought
We are looking for an experienced 360 consultant to bring into our business on a national basis.
If you believe you are at the top of your game and can bring good streams of revenue and growth with you then this could well be the opportunity for you.
What you will need to offer us:
You will need to be an excellent communicator
Have a proven record in sales and conversion of clients
Be driven to succeed and grow your own desk
Be self-motivated and be able to think for yourself
Have an existing reputation within your chosen field
Be able to back up your claims at interview stage
What we can offer you:
Salary 30k+ to be negotiated depending on experience
20% flat commission on your GP from day 1 uncapped
28 Days annual leave + Bank Holidays
