Responsibilities:
- Join the recruitment efforts to attract top technical talent across various domains within the technology industry
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies to build high-performing teams.
- Take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Encourage teamwork and cross-functional collaboration to achieve common goals and drive organizational success.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a 360 recruiter, with a focus on roles within the technology industry
- Strong team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with candidates and colleagues.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Ambitious and driven mindset, with a desire to take on new challenges and contribute to organizational growth.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is preferred.
