Package: £24,000 - £25,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (up to 35%) + Benefits (OTE of £35K in Year 1)

Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
- Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
- Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
- Managing your candidate database.
- Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.
