Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Salary: £25,000-£26,000 with a Year One OTE of £30,000-£35,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and pre-screening fitting candidates for the business' live job opportunities
• Building your own professional network by talking to industry experts and becoming active on LinkedIn
• Relationship and rapport building with prospective clients via calls, meetings, emails and LinkedIn work
• Calls are very focused around research - clients must be very well-qualified before targeting
