The Role

  • Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
  • Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
  • Managing your candidate database.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.

The Requirements:

  • Degree educated or 6 months sales experience
  • Confident and outgoing
  • Ambitious
  • Financially and success driven
  • Great communication skills
  • Resilient, hardworking and persuasive
