Package: £23,000 - £25,000 Base Salary (£45,000+ OTE Year 1, £55,000+ OTE Year 2, £60,000+ OTE Year 3)

Recruitment is a dynamic sales role in which you will place candidates into roles with your own client base, managing the end-to-end Recruitment cycle from start to finish. My client, a specialist in Technology, work with top Tech firms and help them scale with the most sought after talent in the industry. As a Graduate Recruiter for this particular client, you will partner with exciting Tech businesses such as Facebook, Amazon and more, qualifying their needs before heading to market to assist with their growth plans.
You will also generate your own business, market-mapping particular geographical locations before building relationships from a cold standpoint. Of course, you will receive best-in-class training on how to go about your role, but a large degree of resilience and proactiveness is required.
Each placement will result in hard earned commission on top of an already competitive basic salary, as well as edging you closer to promotion as you work your way up the Recruitment ladder.
