Role: Recruitment Consultant

Package: £23-25,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission + Benefits (£35K OTE Year 1) (£45K OTE Year 2) (£60K OTE Year 3)

The Role:

  • Being the middle person between clients and candidates, managing the introduction, interview, closing, offering and onboarding processes
  • Approach and source potential candidates to qualify them (mostly done by phone, email or virtual meetings - traveling for face to face meetings will be encouraged when safe to do so)
  • Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients & candidates
  • Business Development: seek new businesses and generate leads

The Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 degree from or 1 years sales or commercial experience
  • Confident and outgoing
  • Ambitious individuals looking to progress quickly
  • Commercially savvy
  • Financially and success driven
  • Inherent competitive nature
  • Great communication skills
  • Resilient, hardworking and persuasive
