This is a great opportunity to work with an established Recruitment agency, specialising in the IT and Engineering space. With 6 international offices across London, Reading, Manchester, Birmingham, New York and Austin, they support fast growing companies and have an extensive client base. This client is ambitious, with big plans to expand organically, always recruiting from within.

The Role:

  • As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates and matching them to relevant job opportunities.
  • Bringing onboard new clients and building relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Negotiating, influencing and persuading where appropriate to achieve the best outcome.
