Package: £23-25,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission Structure (£35K OTE Year 1) (£45K OTE Year 2)
What you need
- Degree Educated
- B2B sales experience would be ideal!
- You must be highly motivated to work in recruitment.
- Have you played High Level Sport!
- High achievements and be able to show us where you have excelled!

- Uncapped Commission up to 30%.
- Average fee UK of £7K, Average fee in US $31k
- 12 weeks in 180 before progressing into 360. Master your craft!

Your role as a Recruiter
- Become the "go-to" recruiter within your specific market discipline
- Develop new business with target clients in your market
- Source the finest talent for your clients through multiple channels and manage the whole recruitment process from start to finish!
- Build an awesome candidate community using the latest recruitment methods such as Social Media, LinkedIn, Phone Calls & Meetups
- Maintain long-term client relationships- we are working with some of the best tech firms out there!
