The Role:

In this role you will be challenged with sourcing the best talent across UK, Europe and US concerning everything renewable energy. You will complete end to end recruitment and learn all the nuances in between, including -

  • CV and Telephone Screening.
  • Strong focus on building relationships with prospective candidates and clients.
  • Work towards promotional targets onboarding greater responsibility at each step.
  • Learn and become a master of your market.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews.
  • To educate and provide market insights as knowledge develops within the role.
  • Represent candidates through sales methods and negotiating tactics.
  • Complete business development through lead generation
  • Develop your own personal brand on LinkedIn.

The Requirements:

  • Recent graduate/ 1 years minimum in B2B Sales.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Confident and outgoing personality.
  • Tenacious attitude.
