Package: £23K-25K Basic Salary - £45K OTE Year 1, £45K OTE Year 2 and £60K Year 3

They are going through a period of rapid growth and are soon to open a New York office with relocation opportunities available within 18 months for top performing graduates. Cohesiveness and teamwork are big on this company’s agenda rather than dog eat dog which a lot of recruitment agencies can be like. They are looking to add to their award-winning graduate team, you will focus on the American market and be able to relocate after 18-24 months if you wish.
Graduate Recruitment Consultant - The Role:
- Conducting business development calls to attract new business from clients
- Meeting clients and candidates face to face
- Account Management
- Interviewing candidates
- Building relationships with existing and new clients
- Networking
- Negotiating
- Using Recruitment tools to source talent and fill vacancies
