My client is seeking a recruitment specialist in tech sales with a salary package of £23-25,000 per annum plus an uncapped commission structure, targeting £35K OTE in the first year and £45K OTE in the second year.
Candidates should ideally have a degree and B2B sales experience, along with a strong motivation to work in recruitment and a background in high-level sports or notable achievements.
The role involves becoming the 'go-to' recruiter in a specific market, developing business with target clients, sourcing talent, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
The company offers a vibrant culture with incentives such as summer trips to Ibiza and annual trips to Dubai or New York, alongside benefits like flexible working hours and a £1K annual budget for self-development.
Successful applicants will receive hands-on training from experienced directors and will be part of a young, ambitious team dedicated to building long-term client relationships.

What you need

Degree Educated
B2B sales experience would be ideal!
You must be highly motivated to work in recruitment.
